Families are always welcome to attend playgroup as casual visitors before signing up for a membership. Casual attendance at one of our weekly playgroups is $5.

Play before you join

FAQs

  • You only need one membership per family.

    The one membership will provide access to all members of your immediate family. Who you choose to take your kids to the Playhouse is up to you. So grandparents, au pairs, nannies etc can all use your family membership to attend.

  • To access the Playhouse you need our access code. This changes every term. Subject to when you purchase your membership, you will either receive the access code email immediately after purchasing your membership, or, just before the beginning of forthcoming Term.

    If you think you should have received an access code email and haven’t, please contact us directly.

  • Yes! Your term membership includes the school holidays attached to that term. This means that if you purchase a Term 4 membership, you can access the Playhouse all the way through until the start of Term 1 the following year.

  • No. You can only book parties during your membership period. This means that if you wish to book a party later in the year, you’ll need to a have membership at that time.

  • Yes. Families with proof of a valid concession (Health Care Card, Pensioner Card, DVA Card, or senior ID) are entitled to 10% off any membership. Please contact us to receive a code to apply when purchasing your membership.

  • Yes! We are always happy convert memberships (Term - Annual, Term to Half-yearly, or Half-yearly to Annual).

    Members wishing to convert their memberships will have the membership prices applied prorata. Please reach out to us directly to arrange.
